    Answer: Yes, this is possible if your request comes on prior notice in order for us to make necessary preparations. But same day cannot be achieved if the pickup and delivery locations are not within the same proximity. (Terms and Conditions apply)

  • How do I track my shipments?

  • What should I do if I need to change a delivery?

    Answer: Thank you for your request, kindly provide the waybill number and the address you wish to change it to. Please note that this might attract an additional charge if the first delivery has already been attempted.
  • My shipment has delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

    Answer: Thank you for contacting GWX Logistics, kindly log on to our website on www.greaterwashingtonng.com to track and find details of the receiver of the shipment, invariably, you can provide the Airwaybill number, located at the top right corner of the waybill, for us to share a picture of the proof of delivery which contains the receiver’s information.
